Text: John 11:23-24 [Amplified]
[23] “Jesus said to her, Your brother shall rise again. [24]Martha replied, I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”

Martha summed it a faithful saying that Lazarus shall rise again at the last day. Yet she seems to think this word not so well worthy of all acceptance as really it was, for Lazarus has being rapped, binded with rope and dropped in the grave. She could not quickly key into Jesus’ prophetic word of faith on the dead body of Lazarus. Martha’s faith unconsciously mixed with Jesus’s word, and the unbelief mixed with this faith.
As if the comforts of the resurrection to eternal life were not worth speaking of, or yielded not satisfaction sufficient to balance her affliction. Thus, by our discontent under present crosses, we greatly undervalue our future. Why is it when we are in trouble, or overwhelmed with battles of life we often lost “HOPE” and failed to maintain focus on God’s promises and do doubt the power of His Word. Jesus assured Martha about the revival of Lazarus but she could not key into the “Spoken Word (Rhema)”. Your hope must not die! Keep your hope and faith alive, things will turn around. You shall be revived and restored in Jesus name

1. Lord, restore life to every deadness in me.
2. Lord, breath fresh hope & faith into my life.
3. Lord, flush out death spirit in my body.
4. Lord, renew my life with fresh grace and glory in Jesus name
