11. If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” #Read vs.8-10

God is more knowing! Earthly fathers could be foolishly fond, but God is wise. He knows what we need, what we desire, and what is fit for us.
A similitude taken from earthly parents and their innate readiness to give their children what they ask. The child in Jesus’ example asked his father for bread and fish – good and necessary items. If the child had asked for a poisonous snake, would the wise father have granted his request?
Sometimes God knows we are praying for snakes (dangerous request) and does not gives us what we ask for, even though we fast and persist in prayers. Christ is showing us the heart of God the Father. He is not selfish, or stingy, and we don’t have to beg or grovel as we come with our requests. He is benevolent and caring, He understands, and comforts. If humans can be kind, imagine how kind is God, the creator of kindness, and the giver of better gifts. The heavenly Father is greatly rich, and more ready to give to (us) His children than the fathers of our flesh can be, He is ever-loving and ever-living Father. As we learn to know God better as a loving Father, we learn to ask for what is good for us, and then He grants it
Prayer Capsules
1. Lord, teach me the ideal way to asking for my needs.
2. Lord, approve my requests according to your divine order and will.
3. Lord, bless me daily with the best gifts in the order of a father and his child relationship.
4. Lord, continue to shower your kindness upon me in abundance
